Luggage Refund Policy

Passengers are responsible for their luggage. Madurai One Way Taxis is not liable for lost or forgotten items once the trip is completed. However, if reported within 2 hours, we will coordinate with the driver to help retrieve the item.

Refunds for damage caused during transport will be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper proof.
